Mindfulness & Yoga practices help children develop:


- concentration & focus
- self-awareness & self-confidence
- tools to create calm within themselves
- techniques to deal with difficult emotions


Each class with include: yoga and breathing practices, music & movement, meditation for calm and focus, and art & games!

This 45min. weekly class is designed specifically for teens ages 13-18yrs old.  

Mindfulness practices help teens develop:

- techniques to deal with difficult emotions


Each class with include:  gentle yoga, breathing practices, and meditation for calm and focus.

Girls’ Space is a program designed specifically for girls ages 8-12yrs old to increase confidence, self-worth, inner-strength, and stress management through mind-body connection. This program supports them in being the most empowered and grounded version of themselves, as well as to develop gratitude, their character strengths, empathy, and kindness for themselves and others.  These tools, techniques, and practices will help assist them during this developmental period and as they move forward in their lives!



The Girls’ Space curriculum incorporates:

  •  Journaling
