Intermediate Meditation: The next level of practice

Community Silent Meditation 


Weekly Silent practice times:
Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays  12 - 12:30pm


​Complementary to our community, the space will be opened three times a week for a 30 minute silent meditation.

At the beginning of the session, the doors will be closed and a singing bowl will be played to begin the practice; a singing bowl will be played again to close the practice.  Some meditation experience and/or attending a guided class first, recommended.


This offering is FREE to the community.​​

Meditation for Beginners: How to begin a meditation practice

  • Learn how to overcome obstacles along the path
  • Understand the levels of the mind
  • Discover tools to enhance mental clarity
  • Expand on pranayama practices
  • Explore the five layers of awareness
  • Develop techniques for sustaining a practice

Series Classes

​​​​​Morning Meditation with Jessica


Mondays & Wednesdays   9:45 - 10:30am


Class fee: $10

Join us every week for a peaceful and nourishing start of your day.  During this 45min. class you will be guided through a series of gentle stretches and slow movements combined with breath.  This will help prepare the body to settle into a comfortable seat by releasing any physical tension or holding, so that the body will not be an obstacle for the mind.  
Then you will be guided through a breathwork practice to also allow the mind to settle and calm for deep meditation.  We will then find a comfortable seated posture for a 15-20min. guided(in)* meditation practice. Suitable for ALL LEVELS of practice. Please wear comfortable clothes.
