Program 2:  Renew & Replenish in Nature

During our first morning session, you will experience and learn how deeply nourishing our yoga practice can be!  You will be guided through Therapeutic Yoga practices to help you replenish your energy and draw awareness inwards, as we adapt to the season of rest.  This approach to yoga is an adaptive practice aimed to address specific conditions and achieve healing on all levels of the being.  Throughout this practice you will learn how to transition with more ease from the warmer half of the year to the colder half. The class will include a 45 minutes indoor practice of gentle yoga practices and guided journaling.  Then we will go outside and hike to nearby rock caves to practice meditation in nature.

Program 3:   Ignite Creativity & Immerge into Present Moment

During this afternoon session we will explore techniques to ignite our creativity and allow us to deeply drop into the present moment through the practice of creating a personal Mandala.  These sacred diagrams represent wholeness, strength in unity, cyclical progression of life, and the understanding that life is never ending. The word mandala means “circle” and can be found in all aspects of life, such as the earth, sun, moon, as well as the circles of friends, families, and communities.  Throughout this session you will be guided through the meditative process of designing your own mandala, followed by a gentle yoga practice, and then an ending meditation utilizing the mandalas you created.

Friday evening event:  Sound Healing Meditation -

Raise your internal vibration with intent of letting go of stagnant energy during this session with the use of crystal singing bowls tuned to the individual chakras. Guided meditation focused on the chakras to help focus on specific areas of energy to open and refresh the overall flow of energy followed by improvised play to relax you and allow you to attend your own personal journey of renewal.

Program 4:  Ayurveda for Seasonal Balance

During this morning session, we will explore the knowledge of Ayurveda (Science of Life) to learn how to soothe and bring stability to our whole being during the Fall season.  This airy time of year brings an abundance of dry, roungh, windy, erratic, and cool qualities to our environment, which can create imbalances within us.   You will learn how to include more warmth, oiliness, deep nourishment, a sense of stability, routine, and groundedness to all aspects of your life. This class will include discussion, journaling, and an calming Fall yoga practice.

Program 5:  Practical Astrology

This afternoon session will illuminate the energies that we are all currently working with through the lens of Astrology! Astrology is the art and science of interpreting the cycles of the celestial bodies the orbit with us around the sun. Weather you are brand new to astrology or have been studying for years, this class will offer insightful takeaways for all! During this class you will be guided through gentle movement and meditation for astrological balance and then a short lecture and group discussion.

Saturday evening event:  Crystal Grid Healing

Experience a healing meditation in our own room sized crystal grid! Crystals will be placed in the room in a grid formation to enhance energy flow from person to person and using sound via crystal bowls and drums to continue our practice of flushing out the old and making room for the new. Each attendant will sit or lay in the crystal grid in an area of the room that speaks to them most and receive a set of crystals that are charged during this ceremony. We will then continue the healing by having a burning bowl ceremony with the intention of what we want to bring into our lives.

Led by: Jules

Program 6:  Taking your practice home - retreat daily!

During the Sunday morning session you will learn how to find moments of pause, to dip into the present moment, every day and discover how to infuse healing rituals in your life, as if finding moments of daily retreat. You will be led through an energizing yoga practice, followed by a gratitude meditation,  and closing celebration ceremony!
