Morning Meditation

A morning practice is beneficial to bring clarity to the mind and ease to body, preparing you for the rest of the day!  This 45min class will include a short discussion on the intention of practice, guided breathwork, gentle seated movement, and a “guide-in” meditation, followed by 15min of silence.  

9:00-9:45am  Monday, Wednesday, & Sunday

Drop-in fee: $10

Community Silent Meditation

Complementary to our community, the center will be opened every weekday for a 30 minute silent meditation. At the beginning of the session, the doors will be closed and a singing bowl will be played to begin the practice; a singing bowl will be played again to close the practice. This is time for personal practice, in community with other.  Some meditation experience recommended.

12:00-12:30pm  Monday - Friday


Evening Meditation

During this 45min class you will be guided through breathwork and gentle seated movement, followed by guided relaxation where you will rest comfortably in a reclined position and guided through a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional rest.  

6:00-6:45pm   Tuesdays
