Joint Freeing Yoga

In this class you will learn a practice of Yoga called Pawanamuktasana.  

The word pawana means ‘wind’ or ‘prana’; mukta means ‘release’ or ‘liberation’; and asana means ‘pose’.  Therefore, this pawanamuktasana series is a sequence of movements that remove any blockages which prevent the free flow of energy in the body and mind.

Developing Your Personal Yoga Practice

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Commit to yourself and your wellness goals in this special 3 month Yoga Program.

Your Personal Yoga Practice meets you where you are and gets you to where you need to go. This program is designed specifically for YOU!

In January you will meet with Megan for a 60 minute one-on-one session where you will bring awareness to current state of being and establishing clear goals for transformation. At this session you will be given take home tools ( Yoga postures and breathing practices ) that target your specific needs to begin your personal practice.

In February we will meet every Tuesday evening for group classes where we will discuss and practice. Each class you will gain more understanding to the power of practice.

In March you will meet with Megan again for a 60 minute one-on-one session to celebrate progress, set future goals, and/or adjust your personal program as needed.

JAN 16 - FEB 20

Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:30 PM

Ashtanga Yoga

A traditional practice to create a strong body and a calm mind. 

Ashtanga is an ancient system of yoga that unites breath, focus points, and postures to create a concentrated meditative self practice. The practice is done with a set series of postures learned gradually over a period of time, in vinyasa style, creating internal heat to purify the body, improving circulation, for strong body and a calm mind. This class will sometimes deviate from the traditional sequence of the practice so come with an open mind and heart.

** Appropriate for someone new to the practice or those who are looking to refine or recommit to their practice. 

While we recommend completing the whole series, you are welcome to drop in!

  • 6 week series: $85

JAN 9 - FEB 14

Wednesdays 10:30 - 11:45 AM

Slow Flow Yoga w/ Amanda

Come and experience yoga as it was intended with intention, focused breath work, mantras, and mudras along with asanas. This class is designed for every able body, the only requirement is an open mind and a willingness to experience yourself from within.

Allowing the body to flow slowly helps it to digest each asana intentional and each breath with presence. We are not in a race to get somewhere in the yoga practice. The somewhere is the Now moment to listen, embrace, and let go. 

While we recommend completing the whole series, you are welcome to drop in!
